LifeBridge Community is a faith-based compassionate ministry that seeks to instill hope in the lives of children, young adults and families through nurturing relationships and supportive services that meet physical, emotional, academic, and spiritual needs of area residents.  LifeBridge Community seeks to bridge the gap between despair and hope by creating inspiring, relationship-based programs through a strong volunteer force and committed staff that meet physical, emotional, academic, and spiritual needs.
